Job Description

Electrical Project Manager 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars

North Carolina Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage electrical construction projects from start to finish
  • Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of all project milestones
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure adherence to budget and schedule
  • Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  • Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure profitability
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and address any issues or concerns
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and address any questions or concerns
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in electrical project management
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
  • Proficient in project scheduling software such as Primavera or ProCore
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Knowledge of contract management processes and procedures
