Career Growth Job Details Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing all stages of HVAC service projects, including planning, design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.
2. Developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within cost constraints.
3. Coordinating and communicating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that all project requirements are understood and met.
4. Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
5. Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
6. Identifying and managing risks, and implementing contingency plans as necessary.
7. Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure that work is being carried out to the required standards.
8. Providing regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HVAC service project management.
2. Proven track record of successfully managing HVAC service projects from start to finish.
3. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance processes.
4. Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
6. Ability to resolve conflicts and manage issues effectively.
7. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
8. Proficient in the use of project management software and tools.
9. Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and pricing.
