Job Summary Manages key client projectsto plan, organize,design,direct, and control theimplementation of computer networkprojects.
Responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. This position will oversee all aspects of projects including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities,monitoring,and summarizing progress of projects and preparing reports for upper managementregardingstatus of project.
Worksdirectly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope,budget, and timeline. This is an exempt role and is a member of the Project Management department reporting directly to Director, Business Operations and Project Management with a location of remote/field.
Allbridge is currently operating under a hybrid work model, allowing colleagues the opportunity to connect with others in person and the flexibility to work remotely. For some business groups and positions, job function requirements may require more time at the primary work location, while greater flexibility may be in place for others. Essential Job Functions Withsupervision, workin coordination witha variety ofteamsto create longand short-termprojectplansto complete on time and within budget. May includeestablishingthe schedule,targetingmilestones,andsetting expectations toadheretoprojectdeadlines.
Work independently to set expectations that implementations are rolled out with careful due diligence andalways focus on quality of work, preventing any potential network failure or re-work actions. Has authority to delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
Work in coordination with a team to make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
On a day-to-day basis,serveas a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to set expectations for team synergy.
Tracktheproject status,periodicallygeneratemanagement reports, andattend meetings to coordinate project plans.
Perform quality control on the project throughout development tomaintainthe standards expected
Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
Handle complex billing scenarios, reconcile discrepancies, and resolve billing issues in coordination with accounting to address client billing inquiries

Ensure all billings comply with contract terms and client requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in computer science, information technology, network engineering, management, or another related field is preferred.
In lieu of degree, must have seven years of experience in similar role.
Minimum of five years of customer-facing work experience as a project manager in a professional environment in the information technology sector; work in the hospitality industry is a plus.
3 years of Aruba and Ruckus experience required.
Project Management Professional (PMP) and/orProjects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE2)certification is a plus.
AIA Billing Experience preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Discipline is required in changecontrol;budget management, and on-time delivery performance. It is critical thatthePMcan decide priorities, optimizing results across the workload and projects.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Intermediate knowledge of data networks, Wi-Fi and Voice applications arerequired
Ability to assume responsibility and ownership for work performed
Ability toprovidetechnical support for co-workers, customers, and other vendors
Must be able to work alone and in a time environment
Handle multiple tasks concurrently through prioritizationandaccurateproblem assessment in a potentially stressful environment
