The Assistant Project Manager will support the project management team in overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction activities, while collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction projects
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
Monitor construction progress and report on project status to the Project Manager
Help manage project budgets and track expenses
Prepare and review project documentation, including RFIs and change orders
Assist in resolving any issues that arise during construction
Support project meetings and contribute to discussions regarding project challenges and solutions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Experience in the construction industry, particularly in residential projects
Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies
Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
