Job Summary As a Project Manager, you’ll be the linchpin between homeowners, our sales team, installers, and multiple third-party vendors. You’ll oversee bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish while coordinating trades, managing timelines and materials, and ensuring each job meets our high standards for quality and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, sharp time management, and the ability to problem-solve in real time all while juggling multiple moving parts across different projects.
Key Responsibilities Project Oversight:
Manage all phases of bathroom remodel projects from sale to final walkthrough
Vendor Coordination:
Communicate and schedule multiple vendors, including plumbers, electricians, tile installers, cabinet suppliers, and glass companies
Scheduling & Communication:
Align project timelines, coordinate materials, and keep homeowners informed at every step
Quality Control:
Perform site visits and walkthroughs to ensure workmanship and timelines are up to standard
Client Liaison:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the remodel process
Budget & Reporting:
Track expenses, vendor performance, and keep detailed records for each project
Problem Solving:
Anticipate delays or issues and resolve them quickly and professionally
Internal Coordination:
Work closely with the sales team and office staff to ensure seamless transitions from sale to execution
Documentation:
