1. Oversee the planning, design, andimplementation of municipal civil projects. 2. Manage projectteams, including engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, toensure project deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.3. Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, andspecifications. 4. Coordinate with local, state, and federalagencies, as well as other stakeholders, to ensure compliance withregulations and permits. 5. Conduct site visits and inspections tomonitor project progress and ensure adherence to designspecifications and safety standards. 6. Handle any arising issuesor challenges, implementing corrective actions as necessary. 7.Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and seniormanagement, providing regular updates on project status andprogress. 8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement,encouraging innovation and efficiency in all project operations.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or arelated field. 2. A Professional Engineer (PE) License. 3. Aminimum of 7 years of experience within Civil Engineering. 4.Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex municipalprojects. 5. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles,construction methods, and safety regulations. 6. Excellentleadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivateand guide teams to achieve project goals. 7. Exceptionalproblem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and addressproject challenges effectively. 8. Strong communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively withclients, team members, and stakeholders. 9. Proficiency in projectmanagement software and other relevant technology. 10. A validdriver’s license and the ability to travel as required.
