Electrical Project Manager High Summit Solutions Raleigh, NC 27635 Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical system design and construction management, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. This role has potential to segway into an operations manager position. Responsibilities Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution. Develop detailed project plans, including schematics and system designs, utilizing tools such as HeavyBid and Primavera. Conduct construction estimating to determine project costs and resource requirements. Oversee the construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Manage contract negotiations and maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project status and milestones achieved. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.
