The ideal candidate will have verifiable experience managing electrical construction projects from start to finish , including budgeting, estimating, and execution. Responsibilities:
Manage electrical construction projects from planning through closeout Prepare detailed project estimates and competitive bids Oversee Requests for Information ( RFIs), submittals, and change orders Track and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients Handle monthly billing and ensure timely invoicing Ensure all work complies with project specifications, codes, and safety standards Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and project team Identify and mitigate potential project risks and delays
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the construction industry Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installations Experience with estimating, bidding, and project scheduling Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and billing processes Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficient with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar) Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required) OSHA 30
