Job Description
We provide technology that community financial institutions use to manage risk and drive growth. Our solutions automate key processes – from anti-money laundering to fraud detection to CECL readiness to lending workflows – empowering our customers by addressing their Enterprise Risk Management needs. Abrigo is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Implementation Project Manager to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful software implementation for our clients. This position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, an d eagerness to learn and a passion for delivering exceptional results. This position may be based in Raleigh, NC, Austin, TX, or remotely.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, I ntegration Engineers, Implementation Consulting , Training, Product, and Technical Support Representatives, to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone s. Facilitate and monitor day-to-day project activities through virtual meetings , ensuring alignment with the project scope and timeline. Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project objectives. Identify potential risks and issues and contribute to developing and implementing mitigation strategies. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams. Provide frequent project updates and status reports to stakeholders.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in business, project management or a related field (or equivalent experience). Ability to travel up to 5 % E xcellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and organizational skills, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing timelines in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative attitude and willing ness to work in a team-oriented environment. A detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus .
