INTERNATIONALLY DESCRIPTION

Managing their product installation on-site at new facilities- so if the person has experience working on an active construction site or installing heavy equipment. This person will interface with electricians on site and coordinate the install. This position takes a project from sale of equipment to factory acceptance test and then the 2nd part is the activation on site. The activation includes installation of the machine, commissioning and qualification and then handing it over to the customer. Will be working up to 3 projects at a time with a team of about 5 people.

Qualifications:
Education:

bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience PMP certification preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Interest in technology / intellectual curiosity Strong organizational skills Strong leadership skills Ability to make decisions under pressure Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, MS Visio and use of project management software tools. Proficiency in SAP Customer oriented attitude/strong service mindset. High intelligence and mental flexibility to manage multiple tasks / priorities simultaneously. 3 years of experience in project management, or 1 year of experience in project management with European companies Experience in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries preferred Successful managed a minimum of 6 projects Minimum 2 years of experience as Level 1 or equivalent

– Becoming SME of individual products Becoming familiar with airflow and pressure concepts Supporting Sales and Service department Supporting IQ/OQ and Automation team Maintaining the processes and guidelines regarding to the project management team Internal goal setting and tracking Providing Training and Support for the Training Academy, to ensure a proper training of the Project Management team Mentoring new Project Managers Improving internal processes of the Project Management Team Training new Project Managers Being part of annual employee appraisals
