This includes job scoping, crew supervision, customer communication, and ensuring projects meet company standards for quality, safety, and timeliness. You’ll be responsible for delivering a superior customer experience while managing operational efficiency and profitability on every job.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage mitigation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution Perform onsite inspections and detailed scoping of losses Coordinate with estimators to ensure accurate, complete job files and documentation Schedule, dispatch, and manage mitigation crews for optimal performance Ensure crews follow all safety and IICRC protocols Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and vendors Maintain job documentation and upload project updates to SERVPRO systems Manage inventory and ensure proper use of mitigation equipment Monitor job progress and adjust resources and timelines as needed Identify and resolve jobsite challenges proactively Train and mentor field technicians to support growth and performance Track project profitability and contribute to revenue goals Participate in after-hours emergency response rotation as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience in restoration/mitigation or project management IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) preferred or willingness to obtain Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficient with technology and job tracking systems (Xactimate experience required) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environmental conditions
