Description The Construction Project Manager willoversee the full lifecycle of multifamily construction projects,from pre-construction through closeout. This role requires aproactive leader who can manage multiple stakeholders, maintaintight control over project cost and schedule, and uphold thehighest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadall phases of construction from project inception to completion,ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality goals.
Collaborate with internal development, design, and operationsteams, as well as external consultants and contractors. Direct andcoordinate subcontractor activities and maintain strong on-sitepresence through regular visits and inspections. Manage RFIs,change orders, and project documentation using standardconstruction management software. Maintain compliance with buildingcodes, safety regulations, and local permitting requirements. Trackand report on project performance metrics and provide regularupdates to senior leadership. Profile Bachelor’s degree inConstruction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. 5years of experience managing multifamily or commercial constructionprojects. Strong working knowledge of construction methods,materials, scheduling, and project cost control. Proficiency withconstruction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) andMicrosoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, negotiation, andorganizational skills.
