Permit & Projects Coordinator 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars 6613 Fleetwood Drive, Raleigh, NC 27612 Permit & Projects Coordinator Tidal Electrical is looking to hire an individual responsible for preparing and submitting all permits in multiple jurisdictions and states related to electrical work. This individual will also assist the Electrical and Generator division in scheduling weekly routes in multiple states. Provides administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
Job Duties:
Complete and assemble all permit documents for electrical projects Monitor and follow up on permit status for all projects Ensures all payments are submitted for requested permits Resolve permitting concerns as they arise Works with Management to ensure all permits are closed out in all jurisdictions Provide weekly reports to Leadership team on open and close permits Support Electrical & Generator division with the scheduling of service calls, generator presets and generator and electrical installations Provide administrative and logistical support as needed. Keeps all jurisdictions details up to date and informs Management of any changes that occur Maintain action item tracking to ensure reply and action. Assist with identifying potential bottlenecks in processes and works with management team members to resolve issues. Prepares progress reports. Facilitate communication between management and partners Assists with special projects as needed

Associates’ Degree required, Bachelors’ Degree preferred; Strong analytical and organizational skills Attention to detail Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word and Excel a must); Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload to meet project management needs; Strong written and verbal communication skills.
