Job Description CRB is seeking a self-motivated and highly organized Project Coordinator I to support the successful delivery of capital design and construction projects. This role will work closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to manage project documentation, coordinate meetings, support operations, and maintain communication between internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors. Ideal candidates are proactive problem-solvers with a knack for keeping things (and people) on track. Key Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in the execution and delivery of capital design and construction projects of varying scope and complexity. Serve as a central point of coordination for meetings between internal teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Manage project documentation, including naming conventions, version control, and storage on SharePoint or other collaborative platforms. Organize and maintain digital file structures, folders, and project logs. Track and update documents such as Go/No-Go forms, job descriptions, operational templates, and staffing agreements. Support talent acquisition coordination as the team scales, including assisting with job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding. Maintain logs and records of third-party staffing agreements and contracts; interface with vendors and contract resources as needed. Utilize advanced Excel skills to support data tracking, reporting, and project metrics. Interface professionally with clients and represent CRB in a client-facing capacity. Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of project teams. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, administrative work, document control, or project administration preferably in a design or construction setting. Required Skills & Competencies Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. Experience with PDF software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat), SharePoint, and project management tools. Proficiency with project controls databases and traditional documentation methods. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and client-facing environment.
