Duration:
- 12 months+ contract with ability to go long term Seeking an individual with some project management background to join our client’s team. This role will require attention to detail coupled with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross functional stakeholders. This role will provide operational support to the Intake PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- + SSC Inbound / Outbound order creation for non-SNOW customers.
+ SSC – COI quarterly audit support. + Track inbound shipments via tracking. + Support DaaS customer outbound shipments. Coordinating MTM/SN list and scheduling returns to the funder monthly. + Support SSC order backlog management. + Participation in weekly CFS cadence meetings. + Monitoring Aged backlog by using the CFS Dashboard. + Assist with daily asset reporting. + Monitor and manage inventory levels. + Help prepare reports to track SLA performance. + Communication with various Company and Customer stakeholders to provide inbound and outbound delivery information.

Previous Experience:
- + 5+ years of experience in a similar role. + Experience within IT Services and Working with Field Service Providers Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
