- Evaluation to work with the Work With Wake program, a five year grant awarded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to improve Public Health Infrastructure.
This position will be responsible for developing the evaluation framework as well as doing the data collection and analysis for this award. In addition, this position will document lessons learned and share best practices among community partners, including university partners; work with community health and partnership teams to ground-truth results produced throughout this award; and develop innovative strategies for expanding evaluation programs to support community change in support of health equity.
