Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager As a Project Manager, you will independently manage assigned projects or support the Project Management (PM) team from project award through completion. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and in compliance with internal and client requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Oversight Lead or support project planning, execution, and monitoring activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project goals. Track and report inventory levels to meet project-specific requirements. Client Engagement & Documentation Participate in client meetings, virtual calls (e.g., Microsoft Teams), site visits, and audits. Document meeting minutes, action items, and generate required project documentation to ensure alignment with scope and compliance standards. Process & Compliance Support Assist in drafting and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to project responsibilities. Ensure adherence to internal processes and client-specific regulatory requirements. Material & Inventory Management Oversee the management of client-supplied materials, including label text, randomizations, and drug components. Ensure timely delivery to internal stakeholders and maintain accurate inventory tracking and reporting. System Administration & Reporting Set up and manage client access in Fusion Suite; provide ongoing system support and manage user credentials. Utilize Workfront to manage daily project tasks and timelines. Performance Metrics & Training Collect and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the PM team. Support departmental training initiatives and maintain accurate training documentation. Team Collaboration Provide project updates and support to lead Project Managers. Act as a delegate in the absence of lead PMs to ensure continuity of project execution. Other Duties Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support team and organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, customer service, or a related business function. Experience with Legal Patch document change Experience in clinical supply, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams. PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred but not required. Proficiency in enterprise systems such as JD Edwards, Power BI, High Radius, SupplyFlex, and other documentation platforms.
