Position Overview:

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing the execution of roofing and all other trades to ensure quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. This includes scheduling crews, ordering materials, delivering materials as needed, and maintaining effective communication between customers, subcontractors, and the ERS team.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Work Hours & Availability The PM is expected to be on job sites and/or available for communication between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Availability outside of these hours may be required in case of emergencies or unexpected issues. 2. Project Management Duties Order materials for projects to ensure timely delivery. Run materials to job sites as needed. Schedule crews for projects and coordinate their work to ensure efficiency. Be present on-site to start each new project, introduce the homeowner to the subcontractor crew, and answer any initial questions. If possible, be present at the project’s completion to ensure customer satisfaction and address any final concerns. 3. Customer & Team Communication Maintain clear, professional communication with homeowners, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise. Coordinate with subcontractors and ERS team members to ensure smooth project execution. 4. Uniform Policy The PM is expected to wear an ERS provided shirt and clean pants free of any rips, tears, or holes.

Expectations & Compliance:

The PM must adhere to all ERS Construction policies regarding safety, professionalism, and ethical conduct. The PM is expected to uphold ERS standards of quality and customer service at all times.
