Jennings is seeking a Project Manager with a minimum of six years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This new team member will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of the project including cost, risk, business management, and people management. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline, evaluate risks, and create a culture of safety. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator. Management will be of commercial projects; tilt-up experience a plus! Research Triangle experience desired. The Project Manager will work closely with all project stakeholders. Responsibilities Design and direct completion of project Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan Assess risks and establish contingency plans Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders Develop team members for professional execution and growth Detailed and hands-on understanding of all project aspects Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 6+ years of experience in construction, preferably in project management Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project Understanding of project budget and forecasting Strong communication skills Experience working with a team Strong work ethic Excellent leadership and management skills L.F.
