Project Manager Position Available In Wake, North Carolina

RSP Group is partnered with a top-tier Mechanical Contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in Life Sciences and/or Pharmaceutical projects . This is an exciting opportunity to lead critical infrastructure projects that support some of the most advanced and regulated environments in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all phases of project development, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery. Manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, procurement, and cost control measures. Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Support project closeout, documentation, and client handover procedures. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and client-specific requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent field experience). 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within Life Sciences or Healthcare facilities. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Proficiency in Procore or MS Project scheduling software. Working knowledge of BIM processes and related tools. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
