We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Project Manager to help guide clients through the HVAC installation journey and grow with our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships from initial call through completed installation Turn pre-qualified leads into satisfied customers Prepare accurate, easy-to-understand proposals using our proven process Communicate with install crews and customers to keep each project on track Follow up after jobs are complete to ensure satisfaction and gather reviews/referrals
What We’re Looking For:
Background in sales or project management (HVAC or home services is a plus, not required) Clear, confident communicator with strong follow-up skills Highly organized, accountable, and focused on customer satisfaction Comfortable using technology and navigating a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn HVAC—we provide full training and support
