Enbridge is seeking a highly experienced Project ManagerIV to lead and manage complex infrastructure projects across thenatural gas pipeline and energy sector. This role requires aprofessional with in-depth technical expertise, exceptionalleadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of engineering,procurement, and construction (EPC) practices. As the ProjectManager, you will be responsible for overseeing all project phasesfrom initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are deliveredon time, within scope, and within budget. You will serve as theprimary liaison with internal and external stakeholders and leadproject review sessions to discuss progress, risks, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle project management activitiesincluding planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Act as theprimary point of contact for all project-related communications anddecision-making. Manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, anddeliverables with accountability. Conduct regular project reviewsessions to track progress, address issues, and propose solutions.
Liaise with cross-functional business units to align projectobjectives and resources. Oversee technical elements such asengineering design, integration, and testing in line with clientrequirements. Identify risks and proactively implement mitigationstrategies. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, companypolicies, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
10 years of relevant project management experience,preferably in the oil & gas or energy sector. Experience withnatural gas pipeline, compression, and peak shaving facilityprojects is strongly preferred.
Technical Expertise:
Strongunderstanding of EPC project delivery models. Background inpipeline transmission and distribution systems is highly desired.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, ora related field is required. Master’s degree or PMP certificationis preferred.
Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated ability to leadcross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Problem-Solving:
Advanced analytical skills with the ability toresolve complex issues quickly and effectively.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with full project lifecycles, industry best practices,and regulatory requirements related to energy infrastructure.
