(919) 850-9600 Project Manager Construction company specializing in clean room environments is hiring a Project Manager to lead cleanroom construction projects in the Raleigh area.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cleanroom construction projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage internal project teams, including project coordinators, procurement, and field teams.
• Oversee project documentation, contracts, schedules, and cost tracking.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure alignment with AES standards.
• Lead project meetings and communicate key updates to leadership and clients.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements Requirements:

• Bachelor”s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of project management experience in construction, preferably within cleanroom, pharmaceutical, or biotech environments.
• Strong understanding of design-build project delivery.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and mechanical drawings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore and Sage is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to project sites and AES offices.
