Job Description
RSP Group is representing a leading Mechanical Contractor in the search for a Senior Project Manager with proven expertise in Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical environments . This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for driving complex projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full lifecycle of large-scale, complex projects within highly regulated environments. Develop and oversee project execution strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders. Direct and mentor project staff and field teams to maintain quality and operational efficiency. Oversee budget development, forecasting, procurement, and subcontractor performance. Monitor project risk and compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and client-specific requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred (or equivalent experience). 8-15+ years of project management experience in the mechanical contracting or construction industry, with a strong focus on life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors. Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar projects in high-stakes environments. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and construction scheduling tools. Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to develop staff. Strategic thinker with excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Familiarity with BIM coordination and integrated project delivery methods is a plus.
