- Senior Project Manager
- in Raleigh, NC to coordinate customerrelationships to ensure projects are completed according to contract, scheduleand quality/dependability.

Impact:
- + Responsible forcontract assessments and negotiation.
+ Understanding ofextremely complex electrical infrastructure design, trade coordination andexecution. + Oversee the design,implementation, and commissioning phases. + Collaborate withcross functional teams to integrate HVDC technology with existing powergrids, optimizing efficiency and reliability. + Enhance gridstability and support renewable energy integration. + Conduct feasibilitystudies, design control strategies, and manage the construction,installation, and commissioning of these systems. + Work closely withstakeholders to ensure that Synchronous Condenser solutions meetregulatory standards and operational requirements, including the largestSynchronous Condenser project undertaken by Siemens Energy globally.

What YouBring:
- + Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering,Construction Management, or a related field and 5 years of experience.
+ Will also accept a Master’s degree and 3 years ofexperience. + Experience must include 3 years with: contractmanagement; + Negotiation and safety awareness; + Primavera P6, autodesk construction cloud, BIMengineering, and VR; + High voltage direct current & alternating currenttransmission/distribution (HVDC) and integrated decarbonization projects(synchronous condensers, static var compensators (STATCOM), fixed seriescapacitance (FSC). + The position is eligible for the Employee ReferralProgram.
