Are you ready to realize yourpotential? The Position This individual is responsible forexecuting small to medium scale ($ 5MM) from scope development andproject planning through project closeout. Accountable for engagingproject teams and leveraging of available resources to deliverassigned project objectives. The person in this role will analyze”as is” state, make recommendations for improvement and coordinatethe development and implementation of “future state” processes. Actas central resource for information flow between projectstakeholders. This is an onsite based role Monday-Friday at ourWest Lebanon, NH bioproduction facility.

According to the organizational chart Number of subordinates withdirect/indirect referral: n/a Essential Functions Planning andcoordination of the project deliverables and project team on aday-to-day basis, and act as the central resource for teamcommunication Lead project scope and deliverables definition inconcert with project champion and key stakeholders Develop,communicate, and manage adherence to project scope, schedule andbudget Accountable for the documentation, communication andmitigation strategy development for risks to schedule, scope,resources, budget and quality. In coordination with projectchampion, conducts start-up meeting with project team to identifyroles and responsibilities Work closely with Engineering,Manufacturing, Facilities, Manufacturing Sciences & AnalyticalTechnology, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Validation, onproject teams to facilitate design, transfer, and start-up ofmanufacturing or business process changes Administer scope, budget,schedule, and performance metrics for all projects under guidanceof tenured project manager Lead small cross functional teamsfocused on improving manufacturing or business processes,troubleshooting current processes, or development and transfer ofnew processes Contributes to the development of tools/techniques toenhance the project management processes Ensure compliance with theQuality Management System when repair, re-design or change ofvalidated systems take place (develop and manage change controldocumentation) Assure that all activities comply with establishedcompany and/or regulatory procedures, practices and guidelines Leadthe tracking and reporting of designated project activities, suchas status reporting, resource allocation, milestone reporting, andbenefit tracking Performs all job duties and responsibilities in acompliant and ethical manner and in accordance with all applicablehealthcare laws, regulations and industry codes Incorporates theNovo Nordisk Way and 10 Essentials in all activities andinteractions with others Other duties as assigned PhysicalRequirements 0-10% overnight travel required; Ability to work inmoderate to loud noise environments. The ability to climb, balance,stand, and walk. The ability to speak, listen, and understandverbal and written communication. Repetition including substantialmovement of wrists, hands, and or fingers. Lifting up to 33lbs/15kgof force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently,and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Visualacuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness ofwork assigned or to make general observations. The workingenvironment includes a variety of physical conditions including:noise, inside and outside conditions including temperatures below32 degrees F; close proximity to manufacturing equipment, movingparts, moving vehicles, and chemicals; atmospheric conditionsincluding: odors, fumes, and dust. The ability to function innarrow hallways and spaces. Qualifications Education andCertificationsBachelor’s degree in an engineering or scientificdiscipline required Master’s degree (Master of Science/Master ofBusiness Administration) preferred Work ExperienceBachelor’s degreewith three (3) years of relevant work experience required Master’sdegree with one (1) year of relevant work experience preferredProject experience in a matrix management environment preferredCurrent Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP)/ regulatedpharmaceutical or biotechnology industry preferred Experience withthe use of Lean/Six Sigma and/or Project Management Body ofKnowledge (PMBOK) methodologies and tools in the context of projectplanning, execution and controlling Knowledge, Skills, andAbilitiesAbility to interact with functional peer groups at variouslevels Demonstrated ability to act independently and to navigateteams to data driven decisions and resolutions Adaptability torespond to changes in project expectations in a methodical andprofessional manner We commit to an inclusive recruitment processand equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
