CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Experience Navigate communications with clients through texts, web site inquiries, phone calls & emails. Serve as the primary contact onboarding customer info into our CRM and instigating the potential job for the appropriate work flow to follow. Sales & Estimating Support our foreman with take‑offs, pricing, scope definition, and proposal prep; update all activities, conversations and follow‑ups in our CRM. Purchasing & Logistics Source materials, request quotes, issue POs, and track deliveries to keep job sites on schedule. Receive all shipments into our warehouse, stage all incoming materials with customer name, notify job lead, and organize delivery. Assist with Project Coordination Assist Foreman with maintaining project timelines; align subs, carpenters, and inspectors; document daily progress and troubleshoot issues. Contract & Compliance Draft change orders, secure signatures, and verify permits, COIs, and other compliance documents. What You’ll Learn Sales strategy
