Disaster Restoration/Water Damage Mitigation Position Overview We are a leading disaster restoration company, and we are in search of a Project Manager with industry experience to manage water, fire, mold and other mitigation and restoration projects. The Project Manager will inspect new projects, determine the planned course of action, monitor the project and adjust actions to keep the project moving forward while maintaining required standards. Key Responsibilities Manage the project scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards. Coordinate with internal team members and external vendors and subcontractors. Provide onsite support to technicians. Complete all required documentation for losses. Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, adjustors and other third-party resources Writing estimates using Xactimate Qualifications Proven experience running disaster restoration projects. Xactimate knowledge is preferred but not required. IICRC Certification is preferred but not required.
