are recruiting for a Revenue Project Coordinator. This role will play a key part in supporting and driving initiatives aimed at increasing revenue globally across PHMG. Working closely with key stakeholders offering a mix of Project Management and cross-functional coordination, using Data Analysis to support key pieces of work and decision making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, specifically revenue-generating projects, with a proven track record collaborating with cross-functional departments, while be able to work at pace and to tight deadlines.
Strategic objectives and responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing revenue-generating projects (e.g., product launches, pricing initiatives, upsell campaigns).
Track progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
Cross-functional Communication:
Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, operations, and product teams.
Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed on project goals, changes, and outcomes.
Data and Performance Tracking:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue.
Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and campaign performance to identify opportunities or issues.
Process Optimization:
Help identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in revenue workflows.
Support implementation of tools or processes that improve revenue operations.
Reporting and Documentation:
Create and maintain documentation on project plans, outcomes, and learnings.
Prepare regular updates or dashboards for leadership.
Required Experience and key skills:
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Analytical thinking and comfort with data tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems, dashboards).
Communication and stakeholder management.
