- Salaried (Exempt) We are seeking a Listing Project Manager to join our fast-pacedreal estate team in Walnut Creek.
Success in this role requires managing high volumes and shiftingpriorities, ensuring every listing stays on track while jugglingmultiple moving parts. The Listing Project Manager (LOM) overseesthe full operational lifecycle of each listing, from signedagreement to pending contract. You will be responsible for planningproperty preparation, coordinating vendors and improvements,tracking budgets and expenses, and ensuring every listing launcheson time and within scope. The challenge lies in managing multiple listings at once, pushingvendors when needed, solving problems proactively, and keepingeverything moving under tight deadlines. Strong operationalcoordination, client communication, and financial tracking areessential. Location and Schedule:

- Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage listing timelines from preparation throughmarket launch.
- Coordinate repairs, improvements, staging, photography, andmarketing readiness.
- Track budgets, vendor estimates, invoices, and escrowreimbursements.
- Document all property improvements for buyer review andcompliance.
- Communicate proactively with clients, listing agents, vendors,and internal team members throughout the listing process.
- Manage competing priorities across multiple activelistings.
- Identify operational risks early and implement solutions.
- Work closely with the Listing Agent, Field Coordinator, ListingCoordinator, Transaction Coordinator, and Operations Assistant toensure smooth handoffs and alignment.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of experience in real estate operations, listingcoordination, transaction coordination, or project management.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and financial trackingskills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort managing high volumes and competing deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation foroccasional property visits.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in high-volume real estate operations orlisting management.
- Familiarity with residential property preparation processes andvendor coordination.
- California real estate license or willingness to obtain within12 months (not a sales role).
- Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar,Drive), AFrame (task management platform), Slack, MLS systems(Paragon or similar), Canva, and Follow Up Boss (CRM system).
