Office and Project Coordinator Copper and Oak LLC Hooksett, NH 03106 • Hybrid work Copper and Oak LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office and Project Coordinator to provide essential administrative support and assist in the smooth execution of projects. This multifaceted role requires excellent computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a positive attitude and a commitment to ensuring seamless office operations and project coordination.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, online permit submission, maintaining office supplies, scheduling work flow and others. Efficiently manage and organize electronic files and documents using Google Suite. Coordinate trainings, schedule meetings, appointments, and project-related activities using Google suite. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication via Google suite. Assist project managers with the planning, execution, and tracking of project timelines and deliverables. Create and maintain project-related documentation, reports, and spreadsheets using Google suite. Prepare and format documents, presentations, and other materials using Google suite. Assist with office organization and ensure a productive and welcoming work environment. Support onboarding processes for new employees. Handle other administrative and project-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or project coordination role. Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in: Google Drive (managing and organizing files) Google Calendar (scheduling and managing events) Google Email (professional communication) Microsoft Excel (data entry, creating spreadsheets, basic formulas) Microsoft Word (document creation and formatting) Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with
Project Management Software:
Familiarity with project management tools (House Call Pro) to assist with task tracking, communication, and workflow management. This shows they can potentially contribute more directly to project organization.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree:
