Project Manager Foremost Builders New London, NH Company description Foremost Builders is a leading remodeler in the Dartmouth/Sunapee Region for the past 27 years. We have been recognized with numerous awards over the years including New Hampshire Home Builders and Remodelers Association, “Remodeler of the Year,” and Remodeling Magazine’s Top 550 Remodelers in the Nation. Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage projects from start to finish
- Meet regularly with clients to ensure complete satisfaction with progress
- Complete and review detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams and Trade Partners to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project outcomes
- Participate in regular project status meetings and provide updates
- Complete material takeoffs, prepare material orders in advance Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Carpentry and codes
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft programs and comfortable learning new software
- Familiarity with requirements management and product development processes
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing plans, executing, and managing projects to ensure successful outcomes. This role is a combination of skilled carpentry and management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute project scope, monitor progress, and communicate updates to management. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction, excellent time management skills, and the ability to effectively manage resources.
