Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage projects from start to finish
• Meet regularly with clients to ensure complete satisfaction with progress
• Complete and review detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams and Trade Partners to ensure project success
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project outcomes
• Participate in regular project status meetings and provide updates
• Complete material takeoffs, prepare material orders in advance Requirements
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Carpentry and codes
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft programs and comfortable learning new software
• Familiarity with requirements management and product development processes
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
