RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Serves as the primary contact and liaison between retailers and outside vendors, including sales reps, distributors, and manufacturers. Follow project from conception through delivery. Works closely with equipment Vendors, General Contractors, Architects and Designers. Fulfill quote requests, prepare proposals and purchase orders and process invoices. Maintain in-house inventory of store supplies through purchase, tracking and invoicing. Visit store locations and new building sites to discuss projects, evaluate equipment, take photographs and accurate measurements. Design Store Fixture Plans utilizing CAD software. Develop equipment sales promotions, programs and marketing materials. Assist Credit Manager with retailer onboarding process utilizing DocuSign software. Ensure timely updates of SE&D information database. Performs other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor or Associate Degree in Business Communications, Marketing, or related field. 3+ years of experience in purchasing. Project management skills and knowledge of software. Must possess excellent communications skills, both verbal and written. High attention to detail and accuracy is a must. Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective business relationships. Must be computer literate, with ability to use Microsoft Suite, Project Management and Design Software. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment. Strong problem solving abilities.

Grocery retail store experience. Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
