Commercial Project Manager 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars 10 Industrial Drive, Raymond, NH 03077 Overview Jackson Lumber is seeking a Commercial Door, Frame and Hardware Project Manager to join our team. Our business is built on reputation and excellent customer service and your ability to build strong relationships will be essential to our growth. This unique position will allow you to use your extensive knowledge of contract hardware , and construction to assist internal and external customers in completing their commercial construction projects. Responsibilities
- Actively participate as a member of the Jackson Lumber commercial door & hardware team. Manage dozens of projects concurrently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with coworkers. Take responsibility for providing detailed project information to satisfy customer needs. Use deep industry knowledge, problem solving, and interpersonal skills to resolve customer issues. Take full responsibility of your work and see the work to a successful completion.
- Consistently and professionally communicate with customers, subcontractors, internal colleagues and vendors.
Demonstrate success in working in a real-time environment. Keep pace with customers, through fast and accurate decision making, excellent problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively with minimal supervision. Work directly with internal teams to meet deadlines and mitigate delays. Collaborate with Purchasing team to meet supply and demand for projects.
- Demonstrate superior customer-service skills, including being results-driven, responsive, professional, accountable, and committed to continuous improvement.

The Commercial Project Manager will report to the Commercial Door & Hardware Manager in our Raymond, New Hampshire facility. Qualifications
- Degree or college coursework preferred; at least 3-5 years of relevant industry experience preferred. Advanced knowledge and interest in the commercial door and hardware business; including framing lumber and finish carpentry, building products, architectural millwork elements, doors, windows, and associated hardware products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify, propose, and implement solutions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex material and effectively communicate with customers and coworkers with a diverse set of skills and knowledge about commercial products.
- Highly self-motivated and willing to work independently, cooperatively, and proactively as part of a results-oriented team. A positive, professional, and collaborative work style with the ability to adapt to growth and change.
- Superior organizational skills, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Broad understanding of and willingness to stay abreast of new techniques in the industry.
- Strong knowledge of
Microsoft Office Suite:
Outlook, Excel, and Word required. Knowledge of Comsense Advantage and Procore a plus.

$71,932.00 – $75,694.00 per year
