Summary:

The Project Coordinator works in the Project Management department, possesses administrative skills and is familiar with the trades industry. This is an Entry level position assisting the project management team with managing and coordinating all the necessary resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle. A background in the trades or construction related industry is a plus as we expect this individual to work closely with the material handling side of our business.

Responsibilities:

Communicate acknowledgments and shipping dates directly to customers via telephone and email. Assist the team with day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, communicating with subcontractors, and scheduling Work with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and have quotes updated as needed Support the documentation process by maintaining organized project files Assist with change orders Prepare and deliver all project closeout documents, including warranties, Operation and Maintenance Manuals, “As-Built” drawings, and system training Provide support for office personnel, assisting with clerical functions

Requirements:

Previous experience working with a general contractor or trades industry preferred Strong written and verbal communications skills as well as interpersonal skills Able to work independently as well as with a team Very organized, detail oriented, and comfortable with multi-tasking An overall sense of urgency to get the job done Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience with NetSuite ERP System preferred Equal Opportunity Policy R.S.
