Operations and Core Systems Project ManagerMassMutual FederalCredit UnionFull-Time Springfield, MAThe OpportunityAs anOperations and Core Systems Project Manager for MassMutual FederalCredit Union (MMFCU), you will be a valued member of a supportive,diverse, and skilled team. All MMFCU team members are committed todelivering a consistent and memorable experience to our members andpotential members. You will be responsible for driving ouroperations and core system project delivery initiatives and foroverseeing the overall direction, coordination, and execution of ITprojects aligned with our strategic goals. You will also beresponsible for deploying change management assessments, tools andplans to enable successful stakeholder adoption of IT projects. Youwill be expected to proactively communicate with all involvedpersonnel to provide progress updates, identify problems, createsolutions, and implement efficiency improvements. -The TeamThisteam is made up of a Chief Operating Officer, an OperationsManager, an Operations Specialist, and an IT Administrator.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the team isexpected to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with otherbusiness units within the organization and adhere to the corporatevalues of the credit union.

Other duties may be required and assigned: Lead and manage multiple projects related to core systems andoperations, from initiation through completion, ensuring they aredelivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, andbudgets, coordinating with cross-functional teams andstakeholders. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies toensure successful project outcomes. Monitor and report on project progress, providing regularupdates to senior management and stakeholders. Oversee the day-to-day operations of core systems, ensuringoptimal performance and reliability. Work closely with IT and operations teams to identify andresolve system issues promptly. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industrystandards. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures toimprove efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders tounderstand their needs and ensure their expectations are met. Facilitate communication and coordination among departments toensure smooth project execution. Provide training and support to staff on new systems andprocesses. Minimum Qualifications 7+ years years of experience in project management, with afocus on operations and core systems in a financialinstitution. B.S. in Business Management, Information Systems or equivalentexperience.

Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding of credit union operations and coresystems. Excellent project management skills, including proficiency withproject management tools and methodologies. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the abilityto work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressurein a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with credit union system terminology andacronyms. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projectsand leading cross-functional teams.
