Our dynamic andinnovative firm is seeking a talented and experienced Architect tojoin our team. The successful candidate will be responsible forcreating, developing and executing outstanding design projects.

With a strong focus on sustainable and industrial design, this rolerequires a versatile architect who has a deep understanding of thenuances of commercial and industrial architecture. The candidatewill be expected to utilize their design skills and knowledge inAutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling, site planning, and space planning todeliver top-tier architectural solutions. This role also requiresexcellent project management skills to ensure the smooth and timelycompletion of projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and designarchitectural plans for commercial and industrial projects, usinginnovative and sustainable design principles. 2. Utilize AutoCAD,Revit and 3D modeling software to create detailed architecturaldesigns. 3. Manage and coordinate with project teams throughout thedesign and implementation process. 4. Conduct site and spaceplanning to ensure optimal use of space and alignment with clientrequirements and industry standards. 5. Collaborate with internaland external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are metand exceeded. 6. Present design proposals and detailed plans toclients and stakeholders. 7. Ensure all architectural designs arein compliance with regulatory and safety standards. 8. Continuallyresearch and implement new design techniques, technologies andmaterials to enhance project outcomes. 9. Manage project timelines,budgets, and resources effectively.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’sdegree in Architecture or related field. A Master’s degree will beconsidered an advantage. 2. A minimum of 3 years of experience inarchitectural design, with a focus on commercial and industrialprojects. 3. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modelingsoftware. 4. Demonstrated experience in project management, siteplanning, and space planning. 5. A solid understanding andapplication of sustainable design principles. 6. Excellentcommunication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 7.Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 8.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tightdeadlines. 9. A portfolio showcasing completed architecturaldesigns. 10. Professional registration as an Architect will beconsidered a plus. Interested in hearing more?
