Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the design and construction of new franchise stores; overseeing the entire process from initial design concepts to project completion; establishing design criteria, timelines, and budgets; ensuring that all design elements adhere to technical and aesthetic standards; tracking project progress and making necessary adjustments to schedules and resources; resolving any design or construction-related issues that arise; managing follow-ups with architects and contractors to ensure adherence to schedules and project acceptance; maintaining all project-related documentation, including updated reports and drawings; and providing regular status updates to management and franchisees.
