2 Main Responsibilities Project delivery strategy development
Project organisation structuring
Project costing and finance
Implementation of project management systems and processes
Implementation of client specific project management guidelines and manuals
Stakeholder management and needs analysis
To ensure that work is done in accordance with acceptable standards of both RHDHV and that of Clients
Maintain project records in accordance with internal quality system
Effective training and mentoring of staff to ensure the continued development of the PM team
Project management from inception through, concept design, detail design and documentation construction and close out. Manage the project scope of work and services
Handle work breakdown structure, project schedule
Design man-hour budgets & equipment budgets
Ensure standards and procedures are to be adopted
Arrange the set-up of systems, which facilitate the project design in a timely and cost effective manner
