Must work on our W2 Hybrid opportunity 3 days onsite

Job Summary:

DTI is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced PMO Consultant to support the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) remediation project at our client. The consultant will be embedded within a cross-functional cybersecurity initiative, managing reporting, planning, and stakeholder engagement activities across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules. Develop and update burn-down charts to track remediation progress. Assist with the creation and management of the requirements traceability matrix. Track requirement completion criteria and link to evidence artifacts for validation. Provide weekly progress updates to technical team leads. Prepare and deliver weekly status reports to the steering committee. Support and maintain the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) register. Assist in identifying and escalating roadblocks impacting project delivery. Collaborate with cybersecurity, compliance, and IT teams to align efforts with

NIST CSF

domains. Coordinate PMO governance, status tracking, and resource planning. Ensure adherence to client and end client PMO and reporting standards.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in project management or PMO support roles. Strong understanding of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and its practical implementation. Proven experience in requirements tracking and compliance documentation. Proficiency in project tracking tools such as MS Project, Jira, Excel, and SharePoint. Strong communication and reporting skills for both technical and executive audiences. PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification preferred. Experience working in regulated public utility preferred.

Pay rate:
