We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and help manage ongoing and upcoming construction projects with efficiency, precision, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate contractors and subcontractors on multiple job sites Develop and manage project schedules to meet deadlines and budget requirements Ensure all necessary permits are obtained prior to job start Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction plans Guarantee all plumbing work complies with local codes, regulations, and safety standards Manage the bidding process for new construction opportunities Maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, vendors, and subcontractors Coordinate design plans with architects to ensure code compliance Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management within the plumbing, mechanical, or general construction fields Strong knowledge of local building codes, permit procedures, and plumbing regulations Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Exceptional communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8-hour shift Overtime and weekends as needed
