PositionOverview:

This is a full-time, permanent role for a seasonedprofessional who thrives in the fast-paced world of commercialdrywall projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership,organizational, and technical skills, with a proven ability tomanage projects from start to finish — ensuring they are deliveredon time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

KeyResponsibilities:

Oversee and manage all phases of commercialdrywall projects, from bid to closeout Coordinate with clients,subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Conduct accuratetakeoffs and estimates using On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bidsoftware Manage project budgets, schedules, and change ordersEnsure compliance with safety standards and company policiesProvide clear and consistent communication to stakeholdersthroughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 yearsof experience in commercial drywall project management Proficiencyin On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid Strong understanding ofconstruction drawings, specifications, and contracts Excellentproblem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Abilityto lead multiple projects simultaneously
