Job Description
Review construction project details to align specifications, drawings, and schedules for effective project planning, using Autodesk AutoCAD for precision in reviewing and aligning project details.
Manage queries and prepare submission-ready drawings, ensuring smooth communication within the project team, by leveraging Bluebeam Revu for efficient drawing management andcommunication.
Estimate manhours for quality control inspections, optimizing resource allocation and enhancing project management efficiency, utilizing Microsoft Excel for detailed manhour estimationand resource planning.
Review applicable City, State, and Federal regulations, OSHA standards.
Identify deficiency and non-conformance in work and report management in a timely manner, employing Procore for efficient issue tracking and reporting.
Develop clear workflow diagrams, similar to Gantt charts, emphasize critical project activities for seamless delivery, use Microsoft Project for creating detailed workflow diagrams.
Implement effective budget tracking using time and expense sheets, proactively notifying management of budgetary needs, with Excel for comprehensive budget tracking and financial management.
Review field reports generate including laboratory testing data, by adopting Procore for efficient management and review of field reports and lab data.
Position Requirements:
Masters degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a closely related field.
