Project Coordinator 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Cranbury, NJ 08512 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects by managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams to meet project objectives. Responsibilities Organize & attend project meetings, issues meeting minutes and follows up on assigned action items. Review status with project team members and modify schedules or plans as required. Promptly communicate any updates and changes made to project timelines/plans to Project Manager.
Manage project-related documentation:
coordinate and ensure all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored. Maintain an acceptable level of knowledge of oral solid dose and packaging technologies as well as additional services offered by
CMIC CMO USA
(CCU). Follows all Corporate and Company SOPs and Policies. Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical, Biology, Chemical sciences or a related field required. 0-2 years of relevant experience. Internship or co-op experience in pharma or nutraceutical industry is a plus. Working knowledge of the contract pharmaceutical development or manufacturing industry preferred Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Willingness to learn pharmaceutical industry operations and project coordination principles. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality. Mental & Physical Requirements Ability to perform basic math and reasoning functions. Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods. Ability to occasionally lift up to 20lbs.
