Job Summary:
STA has experienced an increasing volume of new projects, integrations, processes, system enhancements, regulations, and development, creating the need for continuous delivery and solutions. Additionally, STA is a large company, operating across 35+ states and 6 regions, for which there is a large opportunity to standardize processes to create efficiencies and improve. Reporting to and under the general direction of the Director of Project Management, the Project Manager will be directly involved with all aspects of the delivery lifecycle.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Independently oversee programs or multiple projects, typically varying in size and complexity Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple large-scale projects. Develop and maintain project artifacts including project plans, schedules, status reports and documentation. Prepare and present updates regularly to stakeholders, management and project teams ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget and requirements are being met. Participate in the creation and execution of project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs/requirements. Identify and mitigate risk across projects throughout duration to ensure on time and on budget delivery. Manage vendor relationship and deliverables (Typically software third parties and third-party software implementation groups) Delegate and track deliverables from other team members and project contributors.
Requirements:
3-5 years of Project Management Experience in Operations, Technology and/or System related projects Familiar with Agile as well as traditional project management methodologies, framework & processes (Certifications a plus) Detail oriented possessing strong organization & planning skills. Comfortable working independently and within a team environment, including team members from different business areas. Must have well-developed communication, interpersonal and time management skills. Some travel may be required.

Be organized and able to track on-time delivery and completion of tasks from multiple team members. Be proactive, able to identify issues or opportunities in advance and work towards resolution. Be driven to get projects and initiatives across the finish line. Be a self-starter.
