Project Manager Goodhue Bros. Builders Red Bank, NJ 07701 Overview We are looking for someone with 10+ years of experience to be a project manager on high end construction jobs. We pride ourselves on high end craftsmanship and are really looking for someone who is on board with this. Candidate must have experience with framing, window and door installation and interior finish work. This is a family owned, family run business for over 40 years and we are looking for someone who has strong values and can mesh with our crew who has been working with us for 20+ years. Duties Manage current jobs and make sure that everything is being done up to par Direct communication with our field operations manager, clients and sub contractors Timeline management skills Understanding how to build a house from start to finish This position is open ended – depending on age and experience, duties will vary Qualifications Proven experience in project leadership with a strong understanding of construction Capable of guiding discussions towards actionable outcomes.
