Architectural Project Manager Mistry Design LLC 350 Clark Drive, Budd Lake, NJ 07828 Project Manager- 5-15 years experience Bachelors and/or Masters in Architecture Proficiency in
Revit, Autocad & Sketchup Role:
Lead & Assist in execution of Design, Construction Drawings & Construction Amin on large projects. Oversee junior staff, Monitor time & billing on projects. Direct client contact, Marketing for future projects. Run smaller and medium sized projects in all roles, independently. Proper understanding of building & energy codes. Monitor time and billing on projects. Perform surveys, energy calculations using Commcheck, run meetings, client contact and coordinate with consultants. A good variety of project types – Multi-family, Restaurants, Warehouse, Office buildings, Retail, Hospitality, etc. Must be self-motivated and passionate about architecture.
