Objectives of This Role:

Aproject manager is accountable for planning and allocatingresources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keepingstakeholders informed throughout the project life cycle. All ofthis takes place within the framework of achieving Fingerpaint’scompany goals and vision.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Determineand define project scope and objectives Predict resources needed toreach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficientmanner Prepare budget based on scope of work and resourcerequirements Track project costs to meet budget Develop and managea detailed project schedule and work plan Provide project updateson a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy,adjustments, and progress Manage contracts with vendors andsuppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expecteddeliverables Use industry best practices, techniques, and standardsthroughout entire project execution Monitor progress and adjust asneeded Measure project performance to identify areas forimprovement Full project life cycle knowledge, collaboration, andproject alignment across multiple departments, project financialoversight including burn rates and scope creep management, andsupport for new business opportunities

Job Requirements:

3 to 5years of project management and related experience Proven abilityto solve problems creatively Strong familiarity with projectmanagement software tools, methodologies, and best practicesExperience seeing projects through the full life cycle Excellentanalytical skills Strong interpersonal skills and extremelyresourceful Proven ability to complete projects according tooutlined scope, budget, and timeline

Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills capable of maintainingstrong relationships Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Team managementand leadership skills Documentation management and ability to useproject management tools Attention to details even under pressureTime management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Don’tmeet every single requirement?
