Project Manager 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Denville, NJ 07834 Project Manager Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and lead various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial construction, including retail, healthcare, and industrial projects. This role will be crucial in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules Coordinate and oversee construction activities from start to finish Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in project management software and tools Certifications such as PMP or equivalent are a plus For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
