Objectives ofThis Role:

A senior project manager is responsible for overseeingthe planning and implementation of an entire project throughbudgeting, hiring team members, sourcing suppliers, and planningthe project release. All of this takes place within the frameworkof achieving Fingerpaint’s company goals and vision.

Duties andResponsibilities:

Lead and assist in development of projects andprograms that will establish quality objectives Manage teamsthrough all phases of life cycle development, including analysis,project design and development, testing periods, installation, andfinal delivery Oversee a department and team of project managers,including budget management, scheduling, and risk analysisInterface directly with managers, employees, vendors, and others toclearly define project requirements and expectations Create a workplan that includes a schedule, milestones, control, and riskfactors Identify complex risks, lead reviews, create riskmitigation, and implement action plans Manage multiple projectsindividually and as a team, all simultaneously Protect confidentialand sensitive information Enhance company and department reputationby accepting ownership, exploring new possibilities, and addingvalue to the organization Maintain a strong understanding ofbusiness strategies, goals, and missions

Job Requirements:

5 yearsof project management experience PMP certification preferred, butnot required 3 years in a supervisory role Experience in planningprojects with large data sets and making decisions for data-drivenanalytics Demonstrated communication skills, including the abilityto clearly communicate ideas Proven leadership skills Ability tobalance and prioritize multiple projects and priorities Strongfamiliarity with project management software tools, methodologies,and best practices Experience seeing projects through the full lifecycle Excellent analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills andextremely resourceful Proven ability to complete projects accordingto outlined scope, budget, and timeline Fingerpaint Group providesequal employment [and affirmative action] opportunities toapplicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion,sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin,protected veteran status, or disability.
